How do I place an order online?
Choose your products, add them to your cart, fill in your delivery details, and select a payment method. After placing your order, you'll receive an acknowledgment message, and a representative will call you to confirm it.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will arrive within 2 hours of confirmation. If you prefer, you can schedule delivery for another day and time slot.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 100 lei. Prices include VAT.
How can I pay?
By card online (Netopia Payments), cash on delivery, or bank transfer.
Can I order a custom cake?
Yes. Custom products require a deposit of at least 50% of the order value, and the preparation time depends on complexity. Message us or give us a call, and we'll work out the details.
